• Free shipping on orders over $30.00 — a flat $5.95 under that.
• Orders ship from Saint Cloud, Minnesota, typically the same or next business day (Monday–Friday).
• Gas cartridges are classified as limited-quantity hazardous materials and ship in compliance with hazmat ground regulations within the United States. If you're shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or a PO Box, contact us first and we'll confirm what's possible.
• Buying by the case or pallet? Request bulk pricing — freight options available for large orders.

Returns

• We accept returns of defective items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
• To start a return, contact us with your order number (RR-####) and a description of the issue.
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise; a restocking charge may apply depending on the condition of the item.
