These terms apply when you use www.redrockgas.com or buy from us. Last updated August 2026. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who you're dealing with

www.redrockgas.com is operated by RedRock Distributing, trading as RedRock Gas, of Saint Cloud, MN, USA. Contact: orders@redrockgas.com · (320) 204-4911.

Orders and pricing

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email accepts it.
• We may decline or cancel an order — including after payment — if an item is out of stock, the price or description was wrong, or the order fails our fraud screening. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
• Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you order.
• Minnesota sales tax is added where required.

Safety — please read this part

We sell compressed gas cartridges. Used incorrectly they can injure you. By ordering you confirm that you understand and accept the following.

• Cartridges are pressurised. Do not heat, puncture, incinerate or modify them.
• Store below 120°F (49°C), out of direct sunlight, away from children.
• Use only with equipment designed for that exact cartridge size and thread type. Threaded and non-threaded cartridges are not interchangeable.
• Follow your equipment manufacturer's instructions.
• Safety Data Sheets are available at /safety-data-sheets.

Nitrous oxide (N₂O) products are sold strictly for culinary use, to adults aged 21 or over. Inhalation is dangerous, potentially fatal, and in many places illegal. We will refuse or cancel any order we believe is intended for misuse, and may report it. You are responsible for complying with the laws where you live.

You are responsible for using our products safely and lawfully. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage caused by misuse, unsafe storage, or use with incompatible equipment.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, costs, returns and refunds are set out on Shipping & Returns, which forms part of these terms. Compressed gas is hazardous material and carries shipping restrictions — some products cannot be sent by air or to every destination.

Accounts

Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account used for fraud or abuse.

Reviews and things you post

Reviews must be honest and your own. We moderate before publishing and may decline anything false, offensive, or unrelated. By posting, you let us display and reproduce it on the site.

Our content

The text, photographs, product data and design on this site belong to us or our suppliers. You may not copy or republish them commercially without permission. Brand names belong to their owners and are used to describe compatibility only.

Accuracy

We work hard to describe products correctly, but we do not warrant that every description, price or availability figure is error-free. Where we've made a mistake we will correct it and, if it affects your order, offer you a cancellation and refund.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from an order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, and disputes belong to the courts of that state.

Software and integrations

We operate private, internal software to run this business, including a back-office dashboard that connects to third-party services such as our accounting system, our marketplaces and our shipping provider.

That software is not offered, licensed, sold or distributed to anyone else. It is used solely by RedRock Distributing and its authorised staff to operate this business. No end user or third party is granted any right to install, access or use it, and no separate end-user licence is issued because there are no external end users. Any access it makes to a third-party service is made by us, as that service's own customer, under our agreement with that provider and limited to our own business records.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
