Warranty
Every RedRock drain gun has a 1-year limited warranty. If yours stops working because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we’ll repair it or replace it.
What’s covered
- RedRock HVAC drain guns - the Classic, the RB (red) and the 20g drain gun, including the gun in our drain gun kits.
- Defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date you bought it.
- Bought new from RedRock - here on redrockgas.com, or from RedRock on Amazon, Walmart or eBay. Keep your order number or receipt: it’s your proof of purchase.
What we’ll do
If your drain gun has a covered defect, we’ll repair it or replace it - whichever we decide makes sense. If we need to see the gun, we’ll tell you how to send it to us.
What isn’t covered
- Damage from misuse, dropping, accidents, or using the gun for something it isn’t made for.
- Using a cartridge the gun isn’t made for - the wrong size, or threaded in place of unthreaded (or the other way round).
- A gun that has been taken apart, modified or repaired by someone else.
- Normal wear, and marks or scratches that don’t affect how it works.
- CO2 cartridges and other products - see below.
Cartridges and other products
CO2, nitrogen and N2O cartridges, cream whippers, inflators and accessories aren’t part of this warranty. If one arrives defective, our Shipping & Returns policy covers it - just let us know within 30 days of delivery.
